Learned counsel for the petitioner states that on account of personal difficulty, petitioner could not join the investigation as directed vide order dated 15.9.2020.
Learned State counsel also states that the investigation has not been joined by the petitioner.
Vide order dated 15.9.2020, a specific direction was issued to the petitioner to appear before the Investigating Officer and join the investigation, but he has not complied with the same. The explanation referred for this lapse does not appear to be convincing. Therefore, the petition stands dismissed on account of non-compliance of orders passed by this court. ( H.S.
