(Oral) This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No.203 dated 22.12.2017 under Section 15 of NDPS Act, at Police Station Sadar Fazilka, District Fazilka. Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated April 02, 2018, petitioner has joined investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated April 02, 2018, is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Disposed of.
