RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for issuance of appropriate order or direction to the official respondents to conduct a proper and fair investigation in DDR No.24, dated 30.03.2019, under Sections 323, 354-A, 34 IPC, registered at Police Station Division No.3, Ludhiana with a further prayer for issuance of a direction to official respondent No.2 to take action against private respondent Nos.4 and 5, who have misbehaved with the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if her representation, dated 23.05.2022, Annexure P-3, is decided in a time bound manner.
