The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 320 dated 30.07.2024 under Sections 420, 406, 120-B , Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station Gannaur, District Sonipat.

Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that pursuant to the order dated 14.05.2025 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined investigation and is no longer required for investigation of the case.

Since the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is not required, the present petition is allowed and the interim order dated 14.05.2025 is made absolute. 6.
