PARAMJEET SINGH, J. (ORAL) Instant criminal writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus directing respondents No.1 to 3 to get released detenue minor daughter of the petitioner, namely, Rajveer Kaur daughter of the petitioner from the illegal confinement of respondents No.4 and 5 or their relatives/agents.

In pursuance of order dated 23.06.2015 alleged detenue, namely, Rajveer Kaur has been produced in Court. Learned counsel for the State, after seeking instructions from ASI Amreek Singh, states that Rajveer Kaur is not in illegal custody of respondents No.4 and 5 rather she has been sent to Nari Niketan in pursuance of order dated 24.06.2015 passed by learned JMIC-cum-Duty Magistrate, Sunam.

In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to RAVINDER SINGH 2015.06.30 15:25 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
