Learned State counsel has filed reply by way of affidavit of Lakhvir Singh Tiwana, PPS, Assistant Commissioner of Police, Sahnewal, Ludhiana asserting that the petitioner's son namely Gurbachan Singh alias Baba was formally arrested by the police of Police Station Sahnewal in case FIR No. 117 dated 12.6.2015, under sections 380, 342 IPC, P.S. Sahnewal, Ludhiana and that the accused was produced before the Court on 19.6.2015 and since then he is in judicial custody.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives in this petition and the same stands disposed of.
