After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to surrender before the investigating officer and thereafter move an application for regular bail.

Dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. In case petitioner acts in aforesaid manner, his plea for bail shall be decided by the concerned court expeditiously.
