(Oral) The prayer in the present petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. is for quashing of an FIR No.0024 dated 12.01.2021 under Sections 188, 430 of IPC registered with Police Station Narnaund and the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom qua the petitioner. A request for an adjournment has been made by the counsel for the petitioner.

A perusal of the last few orders would reveal that the counsel for the petitioner has not appeared on multiple dates. The State counsel submits that 02 out of 09 prosecution witnesses already stand examined.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to raise all the grounds, raised in the present petition before the Trial Court at the appropriate stage. Disposed of with the liberty aforesaid.
