RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J. (ORAL) Matter has been taken up through video conferencing via Webex facility in the light of the Pandemic Covid-19 situation and as per instructions.

The prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of direction to respondent Nos.2 to 4 to conduct fair and proper investigation in FIR No.0032, dated 02.03.2019, under Sections 452, 365, 382, 149 IPC, registered at Police Station Sadar Patti, District Tarn Taran and to add the offence under Section 376D IPC in view of peculiar facts and circumstances of the case.

Issue notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr.M.S.Nagra, Assistant Advocate General, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
