Mr. Kamal Singh, Advocate, for the petitioner Mr. Deepak Sabharwal, Addl. AG Haryana with Ms. Kiran Bala, Supervisor, Nari Niketan, Karnal Fateh Deep Singh, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel, on instructions from Ms. Kiran Bala, Supervisor, Nari Niketan, Karnal submits that on the orders of the court dated 6.7.2015, copy of which has been placed on record, the alleged detenue Ritu has been released from Nari Niketan, Karnal and she has accompanied her parents. Copies of statements of Ritu alleged detenue made before the court of learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Fatehabad whereby she has shown her resolve to accompany her parents and that of her father Mehar Chand, have also been placed on record. Keeping in view this state of affairs, nothing survives in this petition and the same is dismissed.
