CWP-16173-2019 (O&M) -2CWP-16173-2019 Present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner - Management i.e. M/s Alchem International Limited, challenging the award dated 26.11.2018 (Annexure P-8), whereby reference No.124 of 2010, has been answered in favour of respondent No.2 - Surender Pal Sharma (workman), and he was held entitled for a lump sum amount of of compensation of Rs.1,75,000/- (Rupees one lac seventy five thousand only) along with interest @ 9% p.a., in lieu of his claim for reinstatement in service, back wages and other service benefits. Counsel for the petitioner submits that complete amount ordered by learned Labour Court has already been paid to the workman, therefore, he has received required instructions for withdrawal of the present writ petition. Thus, he seeks withdrawal of the present writ petition.
Dismissed as withdrawn.
