SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C for quashing of FIR No.97 dated 13.05.2023 under Sections 346 IPC registered at P.S. Pinangwa, District Mewat (Nuh) and all other subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

As per para 7 of the reply, cancellation report has already been filed in the present FIR and the same has been disposed of by the trial Court.
