# Gagandeep Kaur the alleged detenue, who has been identified by counsel Mr.J.S. Bhandohal, Advocate has come present along with her parents namely Harbans Singh father and Surinder Kaur mother respondents No.4 and 5 respectively and has made statement that she is presently residing with her parents at her native village Dhanetha, Tehsil Samana, District Patiala and that she wants to stay with her parents and in spite of the request of the petitioner Harinder Singh who is also present in Court, she has declined to talk to him.

Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner has made a statement before this Court withdrawing the present petition.
