CRA-S-1604-2025 his regular bail application was declined. Learned counsel for applicant/appellant states that testimony of victim has been recorded. Therefore, he has instructions to withdraw the present criminal appeal with liberty to file fresh regular bail application before the trial court. In view of aforesaid statement, application bearing CRM-30959-2025 for withdrawal of the main appeal is allowed and present criminal appeal bearing CRA-S-1604-2025 stands dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
