Complainant-Nirmal Singh son of Jang Singh is present in person and states that his brother Balwant Singh @ Vicky, the alleged detenu, has come back. On inquiry, he has come to know that his brother has not been kidnapped by the police.
In view of the statement made by the complainant, the instant petition has become rendered infructuous.
