! $$##% & '() By way of this 2nd petition, the petitioner seeks regular bail in case bearing FIR No. 94 dated 26.10.2020, registered under Sections 376, 120-B, 328, 506 IPC; Section 6 of POCSO Act; Sections 4(2)C, 5(1)(D) of Immoral traffic Prevention Act,1956 (Sections 376-D, 354-C, 506 part 1 of IPC; Section 21 of POCSO Act, Section 3(2) A, 4(1) of Immoral Traffic prevention Act; Section 3(2)v of SC/ST Act and Section 66(E),67(B)(b) of Information Technology Act, added later on), at Police Station Women Bhiwani. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no offence has been committed by the petitioner; that the bail application of the petitioner has wrongly been dismissed by the trial Court, on the basis of some alleged video, whereas the fact remains that the co-accused were granted regular bail, within two months.
On the other hand, learned State counsel has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of regular bail to the petitioner contending that the child victim while appearing as PW-9 before the trial Court has supported the RENU RAWAT 2021.11.11 15:09 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
