Santokh Singh & Ors." filed by the petitioner under Section 42 of the East Punjab Holdings (Consolidation and Prevention of Fragmentation) Act, 1948, which is pending before the District Revenue Officer-cumConsolidation Officer, Kapurthala (respondent No.3 herein). 2.
