"#  $ Learned State counsel submits that Ajay son of Dass Ram, the alleged detenue was apprehended by the police of Police Station City Gurgaon on 20.06.2015 and was produced before the concerned Court on 21.06.2015 in case FIR No.693 dated 02.06.2015 registered under Section 379 IPC at Police Station City Gurgaon and now is confined in Bhondsi Jail, District Gurgaon.

In the light of stand of the State and as per the contentions of the learned State counsel that the alleged detenue is facing trial in almost 35 criminal cases like theft etc., nothing survives in this petition and thus, the same stands dismissed as such.
