**** MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, in case FIR No. 108, dated 27.12.2019, under Sections 324, 323, 148, 149 IPC, registered at Police Station Sadiq, District Faridkot.

At the outset, learned State counsel submits that so far as petitioner No.1 - Satnam Singh is concerned, he already stood arrested before the passing of orders dated 16.09.2020, of this Court. Therefore, the instant petition qua him stands infructuous and may be disposed of as such. Ordered accordingly.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that pursuant to order dated 16th September, 2020, passed by this Court, petitioner No.2 - Bittu Singh has joined investigation.

Learned State counsel on instructions from HC Harpreet Singh, states that petitioner No.2 is not longer required for further interrogation. In view of the above, the petition is allowed qua petitioner No.2 and interim order dated 16th September, 2020, is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
