Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that concededly it is a case wherein the petitioners are seeking quashing of the FIR in question only qua them to the exclusion of 3rd accused, who is not a party to the compromise as well as arraigned as a petitioner in the present case. He further submits that in view of the Division Bench judgment of this Court in the case of Rakesh Das versus State of Haryana and another passed in CRM-M No. 48043 of 2023, dated 12.11.2024, he does not press this petition at this stage.
