This is a Regular Second Appeal filed against the judgment and decree dated 01.06.2004 passed by learned Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Ferozepur in Civil Case No. 169-1 of 07.03.2000/20.03.2004 and also judgment and decree dated 21.07.2005, passed by learned Additional District Judge, Ferozepur.

Today, there is no representation on behalf of the appellant and same was the position on the last date of hearing i.e. 24.04.2024. 3.

It appears that the appellant is no more interested in pursuing the present appeal.

In view of the above, the instant appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
