By this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for quashing of impugned order dated 15.10.2013 (Annexure P-5) and further to issue directions to the respondent authorities to grant promotion to the respective cadre of Head Draftsman and Chief Head Draftsman and to fix his pay from the date of promotion in his respective cadre and release the entire consequential benefits and arrears thereof.  Learned counsel for the petitioner states that his case is squarely covered by the judgment titled "Madan Lal Vs. Uttari Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam Ltd. & ors." passed in CWP No.1894 of 2014, decided on 13.03.2015 of this Court.

It is not disputed that the matter is covered by the decision of the above mentioned judgment. Resultantly, the petition is disposed of in the same terms.
