Crl. Misc. No. M-8786 of 2018 (O&M) -2The complainant side had placed on record the FIR which had been lodged by Meenakshi in December 2017. The suicide note has been placed on record. In the incident which had occurred on 17.12.2017, Meenakshi was admitted in the hospital with a case of poisoning. There was no allegation that poison was administered to her. She had indicated in her complaint that she would commit suicide. Between December 2017 and 21.1.2018 the deceased had not visited her in-laws house. Therefore the trial Court will have to see at the trial whether it was a case of abetment, instigation or aiding suicide.
Looking to the circumstances, but without commenting on the merits of the case, the petition is allowed and order dated 1.3.2018 granting interim bail to the petitioners is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 Sub Section 2 Clauses (i)(ii) and (iii) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
