In the present writ petition, the petitioner is praying for issuance of a direction to the respondent-Board to issue the mark sheets to the petitioner for the classes which he has admittedly passed. 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner, submits that at this stage, petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is given to respondent to decide the representation dated 17.04.2026 (Annexure P-3) submitted by the petitioner, in a time bound manner.
