In the present petition, the challenge is to the order dated 01.11.2010 (Annexure P-1) by which, the petitioner-Managing Committee of the school was held to be a 'public authority' as defined under Section 2 (h) of the Rights to Information Act, 2005 for the releasing of the information RIYA 2025.05.07 10:04 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 12.11.2010, the operation of the impugned order dated 01.11.2010 (Annexure P-1) was stayed by the then Co-ordinate Bench of this Court and a period of more than 1 1⁄2 decade has lapsed, but no one has appeared on behalf of the respondent No. 2, hence, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to the petitioner to revive the same in case respondent No. 2 takes any action to get the impugned order dated 01.11.2010 (Annexure P-1) executed.
