(ORAL) Prayer in this 1st petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C., is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.103 dated 14.04.2024 registered under Sections 148, 149, 323, 324, 452, 427, 354B, 506 and 323 IPC (added later on) at Police Station Sadar Tauru, District Mewat (Nuh), Haryana.

After arguing for some time, when this Court is not inclined to accord the benefit of regular bail to the petitioner, learned counsel submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition, at this stage.
