(Oral) The grievance of the petitioners is that they had given a representation dated 18.03.2019 (Annexure P-1) stating therein that he be given benefits on account of performing duties performed on Saturday and other holidays notified as public holidays, keeping in view judgment passed by this Court in a case of Ram Kanwar and others v. State of Haryana and others, decided on 22.08.2016 (P-2) and the benefits have been released to the employees as well, vide order dated 07.02.2019 (P-3). Issue notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Kiran Pal Singh, AAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the State. Learned counsel for the petitioners shall supply copy of the petition to learned State counsel by today itself. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is being disposed of by giving direction to respondents to look into representation dated 18.03.2019 (Annexure P-1) and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
