(Oral) The appellant has filed the present appeal against the final order bearing No. 54911-54912, dated 10th December, 2014, passed by the Customs, Excise and Service Tax, Appellate Tribunal, New Delhi, whereby, the appeal filed by the appellant against the order of Commissioner of Customs (Appeal) Faridabad was dismissed by the Tribunal. 2.
After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the appellant states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present appeal with liberty to the appellant to move an application under Section 154 read with Section 129B of the Customs Act, 1962 (in short 'the Act') before the Tribunal to seek clarification as certain points which were urged before the Tribunal have not been discussed in the impugned order. 3.
Dismissed a withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the appellant to take recourse to the remedies as available to it in accordance with law.
