The petitioner is a landlord. His petition seeking eviction of the respondent has been allowed by the learned Rent Controller. The tenant has filed an appeal before the learned Appellate Authority, which is pending for nearly 21⁄2 years. The petitioner prays for a direction to the learned Appellate Authority to decide the pending appeal in a time bound manner. 2.
This Court does not have the complete detail of the number of cases pending before the learned Appellate Authority. 3.
Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the present revision petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an application before the learned Appellate Authority, which shall be considered sympathetically.
