District Judge, Sirsa, whereby reference petition filed under section 30 of Land Acquisition Act, 1894 seeking apportionment of compensation, at the instance of appellant has been partly allowed. 2.

Learned counsel for the appellant on instructions submits that the appellant does not wish to press the present appeal. 3.

In view of the above, the present appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
