The writ petitioner/convict Ravinder has filed the present petition seeking parole for house repair under Section 3 (1) d of The Haryana Good Conduct Prisoner's Temporary Release Act, 1988. 2.

We heard the submissions made on either side. 3.

Reply of respondents no. 1 and 4 and separate reply of respondents no. 2 and 3 were received and perused by us. 4.

Respondents no. 1 and 4 could not dispose of the parole plea submitted by the petitioner as certain verification sought for by them was pending before respondents no. 2 and 3.

In the short reply submitted by respondents no. 2 and 3, it is brought to our notice that verification report as sought for by respondent no. 4 was submitted by respondents no. 2 and 3.
