The petitioner has moved this petition seeking emergency parole on account of marriage of his real brother, which is scheduled to be solemnized on 08.10.2020.

According to the reply filed on behalf of the State of Punjab, the petitioner is also involved in two other cases under the NDPS Act, 1985.
