Present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for quashing of the order impugned dated 19.12.2023 (P-7), passed by respondent No.2, for initiation of departmental inquiry against the petitioner.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel, on instructions from petitioner, wishes to withdraw the instant petition at this stage, with liberty to raise his grievance before the competent authority.
