This is a petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for non-compliance of the order dated 19.09.2024 passed in CWP-24470-2022. 2.

Learned counsel for the State on instructions from Mr. Parveen Kumar, Clerk office of Transport Department, Haryana has pointed out that the order dated 19.09.2024 was duly complied with and the amount has since been released. Learned State counsel has further pointed out that the costs as directed vide order dated 10.07.2025 were also deposited. 3.

Learned senior counsel for the petitioner states that in view of the statement made by the learned State counsel, the present petition may be disposed off with liberty to revive in case anything survives. 4.

Disposed off with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter.
