Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the marriage between the petitioner and respondent wife has already been dissolved by a decree of divorce passed by the District Court Alwar, (Rajasthan). 2.

As such, he does not want to press the present revision petition having been rendered infructuous as the permanent alimony has already been paid to respondent-wife.

The present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
