This petition has been filed seeking direction to respondent no. 2 to get the matter further investigated pertaining to FIR No. 279 dated 02.08.2017, registered for offences punishable under Sections 380, 457 IPC at Police Station Punhana, District Nuh.

Learned State counsel submits that the investigation in this case is complete and the police has filed the untrace report on 08.02.2019, which is pending before the Court concerned for further orders. In view of submission of learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to petitioner to approach the Court concerned for necessary direction in this matter.
