The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to the respondents to consider her case for compassionate appointment.

The father of petitioner joined respondent on 01.01.1995 and he passed away on 28.11.2012. The mother of petitioner passed away on 19.12.1999. She is taking care of her minor brother and has no source of income. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondents may be directed to consider her for compassionate appointment. 4.

In view of limited prayer, the present petition stands disposed of without seeking response from FCI.
