Today, at the very outset, learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Executive Engineer Incharge in terms of Clause 25-A of the Contract for redressal of his grievances and that in case the same are not addressed, the petitioner may be granted liberty to approach this Court again.

Learned State counsel submits that he has no objection for the same and that in case the petitioner approaches Executive Engineer Incharge, the needful shall be done in accordance with rules.

In view of the aforestated position, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to approach Executive Engineer Incharge for redressal of his grievances.
