Today, at the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he does not wish to assail order dated 27.12.2011 (Annexure P-1), order dated 21.2.2012 (Annexure P-2), order dated 9.5.2013 (Annexure P-3) and order dated 16.12.2013 (Annexure P-4) pertaining to dismissal from service of husband of the petitioner and restricts his prayer to grant of pensionary benefits/retiral benefits, death-cum-retirement gratuity etc. as may be admissible.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner but without commenting anything as regards merits of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make an appropriate representation to the authorities concerned with regard to the pensionary benefits/retiral benefits, if admissible to the petitioner, as well as other benefits including death-cumretirement gratuity etc. on account of death of husband of the petitioner.
