Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner by providing her adequate security/protection as she wants to make statement before the Court, but she is being threatened by respondents No. 4 to 8.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that for the redressal of her grievance, petitioner has already made representation dated 28.05.2019 (Annexure P3) to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Bathinda, but still no action has been taken thereon. Notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Ajay Pal Singh Gill, Deputy Advocate General, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3. A complete copy of paper-book be provided to him during the course of the day.
