State of Punjab and others .............Respondents CORAM: HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE JASWANT SINGH Present:- Mr.Kamal Narula,Advocate for the petitioners Jaswant Singh,J.(Oral) Petitioners were basically aggrieved against the order dated 22.4.2010(P-1) passed by Assistant Collector IInd Grade, Jalalabad whereby the khasra girdwaris regarding Hari-2009 relating to 16 kanal situated in Village Chak Sarkar Mohji Baje Ke,Tehsil Jalalabad(as detailed in the application) filed by respondent Satnam Singh was allowed and upheld vide order dated 9.7.2010(P-2) passed by SDMcum-Collector Jalalabad. The revision filed by the petitioners against impugned orders P1 and P2 was dismissed vide order dated 3.5.2013 (P-4) by Financial Commissioner, Punjab on the ground of being not maintainable.

At the time of hearing learned counsel for the petitioners prays for permission to withdraw the writ petition to enable petitioners to seek their remedy by seeking a review of the impugned orders before the Revisional Authority.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. 19.05.2015.
