(ORAL) This is a petition that has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in complaint case No. 39 dated 23.07.2015, under Sections 406, 498-A IPC and under Sections 3 (r) & (s) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, titled as Reshma Vaid vs. Kamal Nain Singh and others.

Ms. Anupam, Advocate, puts in appearance and files power of attorney on behalf of the competent.

Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that pursuant to the order dated 01.03.2018, the petitioners have appeared before the trial Court and furnished requisite bail bonds and are facing trial there.
