******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.157 dated 02.12.2017 registered for offences punishable under Sections 326-A, 325, 323, 506, 148 read with Section 149 of Indian Penal Code (IPC), at Police Station City Jalalabad, District Fazilka. Heard.
Learned State counsel on instructions from HC Chander Shekhar submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and her custodial interrogation is no more required for further investigation of the case.
In view of submission of learned State counsel but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed and order dated 01.03.2018 is made absolute till the presentation of challan, Jitender Kumar 2018.05.10 16:36 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document HIGH COURT, CHANDIGARH

(iii) that the petitioner shall not leave India without the prior permission of the Court.
(iv) that the petitioner will seek regular bail on the presentation of challan in Court.
