**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 25 dated 24.1.2018, registered under Sections 376, 120-B IPC later on added Section 377 IPC, Police Station Division No. 7, Ludhiana.

Counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 1.3.2018, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. State counsel states that the petitioner has joined the investigation.
