The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in case FIR No.952 dated 15.10.2023, under Sections 363, 366 IPC, 1860 and Section 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, added later on, registered at Police Station Samalkha, Panipat.

Learned State counsel has filed custody certificate of the petitioner dated 12.08.2024, reflecting his period of custody as 09 months and 22 days, which is taken on record.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition.

Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. 5.
