(Oral) It is stated by Mr.Harit Sharma, learned counsel for respondent No.3-GMADA that names of both the petitioners were considered in the draw of lots held in July, 2015 but unfortunately both were found unsuccessful. This renders the writ petition infructuous.

Ordered accordingly.

If the petitioners are found eligible for consideration in future draw of lots, their names shall accordingly be considered.
