(ORAL) Instant writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of prohibition, prohibiting respondents No.3 and 4 from causing undue harassment, humiliation and trauma to the petitioner, a USA citizen, who is in India to look after her aged, ailing, bed ridden parents. While issuing notice of motion on 19.05.2015, petitioner was directed to join the proceedings, if any, and respondents were directed not to take her in custody.
