**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) The present petition has been preferred with the grievance that the request of the petitioner for allotting suitable time table in terms of its route permit has not been adhered to by the respondents No.2 to 4 despite the legal notice dated 05.04.2023 having been served upon the respondents No.3 and 4.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case its legal notice dated 05.04.2023 (Annexure P-7) is ordered to be considered and decided by the respondents No.3 and 4 in accordance with law.
