Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to the respondents to proceed with the case FIR No. 144 dated 19.07.2017, registered under Sections 418, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 & 120-B IPC at Police Station City South Moga, District Moga or to hand over the investigation thereof to an independent agency or to form Special Investigating Team of other District or get the investigation of the case conducted by any other IPS Officer.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that for the redressal of his grievance, petitioner made representation dated 18.02.2019 (Annexure P4) to respondent No.3-Senior Superintendent of Police, Moga, but still no action has been taken thereon.
