As the trial is at its fag end, no case for enlarging the petitioner on bail is made out. Petition is hereby dismissed. Learned counsel for the petitioner shall, however, be at liberty to seek revival of the petition, in case, contention made by the State counsel is found to be incorrect in any manner.
